The partners at Stawicki Anderson & Sinclair have almost 40 years of combined experience as personal injury attorneys in Northern California. Mark Stawicki is the founding partner of the firm and a notable force in the industry. Nick Anderson and Kellen Sinclair met while working under Mark’s guidance. The trio found their individual strengths complemented each other and became eager to further serve those with personal injury claims across the Sacramento area.

In their time working together, Mark, Nick, and Kellen have successfully secured millions of dollars in both settlements and verdicts for their clients.

Mark Stawicki

FOUNDING PARTNER (Retired)

Mark Stawicki is the founding partner of Stawicki, Anderson & Sinclair. He graduated from University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 1983. He has been exclusively practicing plaintiff's personal injury for nearly 35 years and has represented thousands of injured victims. He is a member of the American Bar Association, Consumer Attorneys of America, and Capitol City Trial Lawyers Association. Mark is admitted to practice before all of the courts in the State of California and in the Eastern District of the United States District Court.

Mark resides in Sacramento, CA with his wife and daughter. He often visits his other daughter abroad and enjoys spending time with his dog, Gus.

PARTNER

Nick Anderson joined with Mark Stawicki in 2011 and has exclusively represented individuals and families for personal injury and wrongful death claims since then. He takes a personal approach to each and every one of his clients, understanding that just like no two people are identical, no two cases are identical. Nick goes to great lengths to understand the intricacies and nuances of each case to better ensure that his clients‘ interests are protected and that they are compensated for each loss. To aid that in effort, he always makes himself available to his clients.

A lifelong Sacramento resident with strong ties to the community, Nick is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of CSU Sacramento, where he earned a B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting. He also attended University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, graduating with Distinction. Nick is a member of the Consumer Attorneys of California, the Capitol City Trial Lawyers Association and he also is fluent in Spanish.

Away from work, Nick enjoys spending time with his wife, Cristina and their four children. They are active in the Sacramento community and participate in volunteer work through their church. 

PARTNER

Kellen Brian Howard Sinclair joined with Mark Stawicki in 2012. Kellen received his Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles and his Juris Doctor degree from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. He was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2014.

Throughout his career as a personal injury attorney, Kellen has represented clients who need assistance on claims related to car accidents, dog bites, wrongful death and more. He performs extensive pre-litigation and litigation work which involves resolving disputes with insurance companies and their attorneys to get you the most value for your case. 

Kellen resides in Sacramento, CA with his wife, two daughters, two dogs and cat. He often returns to his hometown in the Bay Area to visit with family and friends. 

SENIOR ASSOCIATE

A lifelong Sacramento resident, James graduated from California State University Sacramento and Lincoln Law School of Sacramento.

Prior to joining Stawicki Anderson & Sinclair, James represented individuals and business entities on behalf of insurance companies. This experience has given James a unique insight into the inner workings of insurance companies and how the evaluate personal injury claims. James prides himself on explaining the nuances and technicalities of litigation to clients so they are fully informed.

 In his free time Mr. Schaefers enjoys spending time with his wife and their daughter and two dogs.
